If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’ve come across my listings on eBay or discovered Craft Masons through the brethren.
I’m WBro. Dan Santos, the founder of Craft Masons, and I’d love to share the story behind how this venture began—a journey born out of necessity, brotherhood, and a passion for Freemasonry.
How It All Started
During the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I was furloughed for nearly six months, facing the very real possibility of losing my job. Like so many others, I needed a way to stay afloat—but I also wanted to do something meaningful for our Masonic community. That’s when the idea of Masonic face coverings came to mind.
These weren’t just any masks; they were designed with the Craft in mind, allowing brethren to stay safe while proudly displaying their Masonic pride. The response was overwhelming—not only did they help keep lodges safer, but I was also able to donate a portion of the proceeds to the Masonic Charitable Foundation, supporting those in need during an uncertain time.
From a Simple Idea to a Full-Fledged Shop
The encouragement from fellow Masons was incredible. Many of you urged me to expand beyond masks, and with the extra time furlough provided, I poured my energy into building Craft Masons into what it is today: a dedicated shop offering unique, high-quality Masonic products.
Every item is carefully selected or designed with the brethren in mind – whether it’s jewellery, regalia accessories, or lodge gifts – each piece is meant to help Masons express their pride in the Craft.
Why Craft Masons?
What sets Craft Masons apart is the personal touch behind every product. This isn’t just a business; it’s a way to serve the fraternity by providing items that are both meaningful and practical. Whether you’re looking for something special for yourself or a gift for a Brother, I ensure that each product reflects the values we hold dear.
Let’s Connect
If you’d like to explore the shop, I invite you to browse through the collections and see the craftsmanship for yourself. And if you have any questions—or just fancy a Masonic chat—don’t hesitate to drop me an email. I’d love to hear from you!
Fraternally,
