We exclusively use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to ensure your order is handled by a trusted national service and reaches you securely. We ship worldwide, providing our international brothers and customers with access to our products regardless of their location. For all international orders, we will always use the cheapest available fee from Royal Mail via their International Standard service. Please note that as the retailer, we remain responsible for your goods until they are in your physical possession or have been delivered to your nominated safe place by the Royal Mail postal worker.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Craft Masons, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return policy aims to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us of your intent to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Please note that for “change of mind” returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

For any items that are personalized, custom-made, or bespoke to your specific Rank or Lodge, these are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If your product arrives faulty, is not as described, or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in these cases, Craft Masons will cover the cost of the return shipping.
